Shipping & Returns
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit and or a refund for defective/damaged items ONLY. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. After the 15 days of the purchase date have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
To return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to send a notification to the owner to inform. After sending an email, place the item securely in its original packaging [and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

[PLEASE NOTE, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and or purchase shipping insurance.] We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
When your return is received and examined, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are granted approval, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Non-returnable items are gift cards and downloadable software products. For defective or damaged products ONLY, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange a refund or store credit.
